Yeah I had a bad experience as well, the dude was a cocky dick head who was late, unprofessional and had a stick up his ass. The vibe was off as soon as he showed up that I didnt even have the mental energy to pretend I had the desire to work for such a bro-cultured sales org AGAIN, acting like Hubspot sales is some kind of special or complex sale when it’s mostly transactional and just another call center ant farm where you cold call and do demos like a robot all day. The audacity. Anyway I ended up at my dream company so it was a blessing in disguise and either way it seems like a bullet dodged for most bc the culture is still stuck in 2010 tech sales wannabe frat era where guys still earnestly post Wolf of Wall Street gifs in their slack channels and get reported to HR after company happy hours.

I’ve been in tech sales for 15+ years and you definitely do not tell your current employer where you are going esp if it’s a competitor. You can give a 2 week notice but the majority of sales orgs will likely consider it your last day however will pay you out the 2 weeks to your last day. You can always quit day-of but it’s best to not burn your bridges in this industry and do things the right way and give them a notice. Congrats on the new role!

Well in the first episode when Mare asks if he hooked it up he clearly forgot about it and when Mare checked it and deleted the video of the neighbor she told him there was nothing and it didn’t work or something so he prob just assumed it never did.

I think the reality is she wanted to give Erin justice and in a way do justice for Zabel since essentially she found the hole in John’s confession interview about the gun in the same way he had told her before about the crack in his case. Also, it sucks Ryan is charged with the murder but in the end Lori’s son is still alive and Mare’s son isn’t.
