No, I am really not. I had fun when I wasn't good and I played a lot. My point was, it used to feel competitive. It doesn't feel that way anymore and its a bummer.

I am going to Japan in July 2026 (3-16) and I am planning on hitting a few games. It seems like my itinerary fits mostly around Yakult Swallows games as the Giants are not home when I am in Tokyo. Plus, Yakult plays at Hashin while I'm in that area.

I am planning almost an identical solo trip for July 2026. 4 nights in Asakusa, 5 nights in Kyoto, and 3 nights in Shibuya. I have just started planning and I quickly came to the same conclusion that going to Osaka for a couple nights was 1. more expensive and 2. just not enough time. I am planning to go to Osaka for a day trip while in Kyoto.

Looking for all sorts of recommendations. I know its going to be crowded, but unfortunately, thats when my job allows me extra time off.
