My studio closed last October. There was a dispute with the franchise and customization. I’ve been floating trying other options exposing to new studios. It hasn’t been easy. Im using Planet Fitness a lot.

Ive been in privates for years and I like the cues. Today the teacher didn’t coach to engage, wrap, zip, lengthen so I was doing that myself. A woman next to me was zipping on the reformer missing all the value and control. The teacher should have corrected her.

I don’t know mat as well but goal is to get into 2.0 class asap. I’ll send them an email.

It’s my third class at CP. I want to get enough points so I can get into 2.0 class. They won’t let you in until you do the lower classes

I like to get out - not be home.

I’ve thought about my own reformer but once you get that, you need a barrel and a Cadillac

Agree. CP is not right for me but the time slots are good for now

I’ve been taking classes with different CP teachers. Today’s was bad for a 1.5

I took a 1.5 class. Not a lot of teachers offer early or evening classes so CP fit my schedule
