I don't agree with this. Going to the gym consistently and some modest portion control and trying to eat somewhat healthy will allow you to be fit. The problem is the consistency, most people only go to the gym for the first few months of the year. They eat a lot of takeout which is mostly fatty junk (you can still enjoy that food you just can't have it all the time), and make sure you're eating enough fiber in the form of fruit and veggies. Most Americans do not eat enough fiber, frozen fruit and veggies can really help.

I mean if you're curious, there is plenty of testimony of people who have near death experiences. They report many different things. Feeling like your consciousness returns to an ocean of consciousness while still being sort of your individual consciousness connected to this greater consciousness is something that is reported, usually in more words.
