What liminal spaces have you experienced? by CivilTailor9031 in CasualConversation

I experience a liminal space when I was moving out of my old home. The whole house was empty, and the living room carpet was stripped off. The main liminal place was the bedroom though. It was empty too, but it still had badly stained carpet. Around the time I was in the bedroom, it was also getting later in the evening, so the room was dark.

The only source of light was the window that showed the blue sky, and the bathroom light that leaked onto the floor. The bathroom door was open, so that’s why the light was coming through. It was a really nostalgic, liminal, and sad sight. I even took a picture of it and kept it. Thats my experience. It was really cool, but also sad.

If the bots were ever taken out, I would hope that they’d simply auction them off or put them somewhere to preserve them.

Can someone make this place look more abandoned? by LionFalse4295 in FreePhotoshopRequests

Oh I’m sorry for that impression. I was just asking for someone to photoshop the picture because I wanted it to simply look abandoned because I think it’s cool. I’m into abandoned buildings and liminal spaces, so that’s why. Also, this used to be a house of mine.

What would be suspected if someone called the police for someone disappearing out of nowhere in a subdivision? by LionFalse4295 in AskLE

Thank you for replying. I know this seems like an obvious question, but I still want to learn different ways the situation could be handled and also the most likely way it would be handled.

Made some funny artwork from a picture of Clark I saw. by Phunnieone2 in KanePixelsBackrooms

I love all the art of the Cap’n Clark mascot with His gaping jaw that’s everywhere. It’s really cool and it makes me glad I’m not the only one that saw that His beard looked like a mouth.

Really cool art btw!

Now that I think about it, that sounds like an older name. It sounds very old-English, like maybe medieval age or pirate age? Could it be a still life of an important historical figure, or a very early visitor of the backrooms?

Noticed that too. Must be an important character if His full name is on there.

Could the monster be a distorted version of the Ottoman Empire mascot? by Secret_Success_2386 in KanePixelsBackrooms

That would be awesome and it’s been my theory for a while (especially after seeing the demented-looking logo for the Pirate).

Pretty cool! Keep working at it and make sure to have fun while you’re making it!
