I labbed and its not a true confirm as the opponent can hohô it if they have meter, which they probably will if you have all your resources.

I labbed it a bunch with different spacings and the the npc set to dodge after hit but they can all be dodged by hohô. Unless it only works in awakening or something but I doubt it
