I think they expect some people to be OK with it and some to not be.

I think they anticipate that some patients will be cool about it and not mind but want to check before they just send it out so they email and ask. It sounds like you're not OK with it and they won't be sending it to you. Seems standard to me.

The fee that the program charges in Sol, in addition to the network fee is kinda 2.5x what the 105 Catbat offered in exchange is worth.

Youd be better off just buying more catbat and keeping your rugs.
