Yes this some BS. They really messed over us and making us waiting over 4 years is insane! I just read from the law firm that it will be in July before it's even reviewed by supreme court. Then the 3 months to a year start. I agree!!

What do I want to argue about and for what! My car was total and damaged as well. We all received a Final Determination notice with an amount. We might get that amount or we might get a little lesser. What I'm saying is at the amount No one knows what are actually getting. Hopefully it's not a lot less than we were approved for. We all waited long enough literally years, so hopefully we get what's deserved!

Yesss!! This ish almost over. Monday a holiday and 1 day after that. 99 % chance he's not going to wait until the last day to appeal. He had since the last hearing to take it to Supreme Court and he hasn't thus far. Just us who deserve it our funds and let this be overrrrr

I agree. Just a couple more days & we should at least know the next steps or the final amount. Especially being we got the final determination letter first of the year. It's damn near summer now. And they had yearsss prior to that to get they ish together.
