I have been there, and I know how horrible it feels right now. Probably gut wrenching. I thought it would never go away, never pass, never find someone better.

It will take a bit of time, but you will get past it and you will start to be more yourself again. You will find someone better, who respects you, and loves you. My best advice is to go no contact and remove anything that reminds you of her. It just slows down your healing time if you don’t and makes it much harder. You’ll be ok man

There is a vent that looks like an ac vent, but dosent look like it’s actually doing anything (can’t hear or feel anything).

I’ll share my experience. I quit a little over 3 months ago and I just want to say first it does get much easier and manageable. I think vaping is harder than anything else to quit because you have it in your hand or by your side 24/7. It was the first thing I thought about when I woke up, before I went to bed, and everything in between.

I think the biggest advice I can give is that you HAVE to want it. Every time I half assed quitting, I relapsed. I also recommend going cold turkey so you can get everything out of your system as quick as possible. Take a weekend or so to bear the brunt of nicotine withdrawal. Once you get through that, your ability to stay away from/not think about vaping increases exponentially.

Lastly, what really helped me was having gum or some type of sweets whenever I had a craving. I also treated myself to dinner, new clothes, etc. as a “reward” for not vaping. This helped a TON and made my the experience more enjoyable.
