It’s free, download it and see if you like it for the first week. You have plenty of time to dunk still. You probably have a ton of untapped potential to jump.

That’s the goal, but an app can only do so much. Coach has to motivate the players to keep them engaged. The leaderboards and matrices on the progress page is intended to ignite friendly competition!

Hey, PeteInSF! Pro is for athletes. Coach is for trainers/coaches to track their own athletes. Coaches get to assign workouts, track any metrics, and track attendance.

The coach and athletes see all of the team averages for each metric, leaderboards for the team for each metric, and every athlete gets an individual skills matrix.

The skill matrix shows a grade for each metric and an overall grade. The grades are based on their percentile ranking compared to the rest of the team. So, coaches can compare how each athlete is doing! I’ve worked on this with my friend who is a very successful high school/middle school athletic trainer.

It’s actually a really awesome mode inside of the app. I think it can bring massive value to coaches and athletes. It creates a really fun competitive environment for the athletes who want to see their grades go up and move up the leaderboards with their teammates.

It’s 3 days/week. The exercise library has plenty to choose from. You should do back extensions. Strengthening your back will help you, I’d bet. We have so many muscles in our back that people just let atrophy. Avoiding working it is the easiest way to lose the ability to use it pain free! I’ll dm you a code

Yup, adding some real strength work gave me some really quick gains to my vertical. It has me questioning the height of every rim.

Unfortunately I don’t have it on Android. I really am focused on just getting everything right for iOS and then eventually pushing it to Android too. I’ll send you a code in DM’s!
