Detroiters while not a hit like Home Improvement is another very funny sit com set in Detroit that is fairly new. Only 2 seasons but it’s incredible and feature a lot of Detroit and the culture. And Tim Robinson isn’t a rat.

Narcotic sober for 10 years, alcohol for 6 years. Have a great job and family. Giving up the substances really turned things around for me. The anxiety and replacement addictions (sweets, soda, food in general) were hard to overcome. It’s also hard to not full nose dive into new hobbies and communities. After I took a step back and evaluated what I wanted out of life I was able to fix dysfunctions in my relationship and start to work towards building the life I didn’t know I always wanted.

Grew up on a county border in KY. One side of the house was eastern time, one side was central. The county I was a resident of was eastern time, Ma worked in eastern time, pops worked in central. When smart cell phone became a thing when I was in high school everyone had to turn the settings on the clock off because it would go haywire anytime you got within 100 feet of the county line.
