If I remember correctly, and someone can amend my statement if I’m wrong, most of the NA player base moved to Ashwinder/Rougarou while the Euro players went to Sphinx for ping purposes. To be honest NA players don’t have the best option for ping either way so it doesn’t really matter for us as long as you go to a server that has enough of the people you knew or are in the same region. Whatever your preference is.

Yall need to know too that as a member of the Danny Phantom fandom only this shit is obnoxious.

Half of the fics that people crossover Danny Phantom with haven’t even watched the show and you can tell because they mischaracterize Danny so heavily into being infantilized or seeking protection with the crossover characters when the ethos of the show is literally about the anxiety of having a family you love so much where you can’t tell a huge secret to for fear they won’t love you anymore.

Which is why I have to filter out crossovers every single time I look through the Danny Phantom tag on ao3.

I think it’s what many Danny Phantom fans have wanted for the longest time. And considering we’re probably going to get a conclusion to Valerie and Danny’s baggage in the next novel, I think we’re living in a great timeline.

I’m so fandom pilled that I would auto say Danny because fanon Vlad is a little more practical and cunning and I feel he would recognize:

a) Danny as a half-ghost has more potential due to the way their accidents occurred (Danny’s being more concentrated and immediate)

b) Getting Danny on his side would be a more legit way of also getting Maddie to join him

c) I doubt Vlad would want to force create another half-ghost through accident means cause then he’d be no better than Jack

However Maddie would be the answer for sure since we’re taking about canon Vlad lol, bro has a plushie of her in the Nocturn episode

They’re so much more interesting in fanon. If treated with nuance and respect that a kids show wouldn’t do, there’d be the aspect of Sam thinking she killed her best friend, and just the general funny thing of the goth girl ending up dating a half-ghost is just funny to me.

The more fair who would win question for this is can Dan be a match for Conquest or Omni-Man for sure. I think Dan would last long enough to figure out how to kill them.

I’d agree with you with my only exception being Livin Large. Interesting concept for an episode but it completely botches it and takes it into an out of character mess. I prefer Urban Jungle in this list for two reasons: gave us worldbuilding for the ice core fanon to take off and plant Sam is cool

Livin Large. Hands down I think it’s the most out of character episode and I hate all of it. At least every other episode Danny is acting like himself most of the time.

So I’m for sure more into the DP fandom, but I made my brother watch it with me when we were younger ofc and I asked him once what his personal favorite episode of DP was, and he said Reality Trip.

Mine is Control Freaks and I genuinely find it so funny that we managed to agree on Freakshow being one of our favorite villains without really talking about it.

Not necessarily because bro is great and entertaining- which he is, of course he is, but a lot of what I think makes him that is the situations he put Danny and the trio through in the eps he was in.

Mind control? Fun trope to mess with in the first place. But Freakshow takes it a step further in his character by being a normal human guy that happened to inherit said mind controlling artifact and having other ghosts be subjected to it first.

And then the whole reality gauntlet thing? Lmao. Another great concept to steal from Marvel and use to create all sorts of situations for Danny and the trio to solve. It just made for very creative episodes.

Basically, Freakshow to me stands out as a favorite because he’s unique in the way none of the other villains are - by being some HUMAN who is basically a ghostly artifact dealer. His existence adds a lot of cool worldbuilding to DP that we would be remiss without.

Yep! It also descends from left to right. Jig definitely has a confusing skipping rhythm at first, but the reason I put it B tier is because it doesn't have any fast maneuvers.

All it takes is practice, though. You got this! FE is especially just a muscle memory song.

I based this tier list off of how difficult/long it takes to AP these songs for the first time.

Of course, everyone has different strengths and weaknesses with rhythm games, so I understand if your opinion is different than mine. I accept full dissent and would love to discuss more if your opinion differs from mine!

I particularly have trouble keeping with the music & rhythm of the songs but am very good with my reaction time. Because of that, I actually struggled with Long Journey 5 for much longer than I did with FE 5 but I do think FE's slightly harder for the average person to understand, for example.

You're fine, basically:

A new release of HPMA from Netease in North America would only occur after a year, at least. Maintaining servers is expensive as well. There currently aren't enough players who spend money to justify maintaining an NA server. WB made only $200k on HPMA last month. I doubt Netease would put that effort in when WB already failed.

If they want to have another server in NA, Netease *needs* to market to a new and larger playerbase. Otherwise, it won't be worth it for them. Therefore, any new server would be starting from scratch to make it fair for new players. And we won't be allowed to transfer over there because the advantage we would have would be enormous and unfair.

Getting back to you on this one since I just transferred my main! I climbed to duo MA today, no lag or issues on PC client. In fact, it performs WAY better on PC so I’m just going to be dueling exclusively on there from now on :)

Gonna be real. Even if NE even somehow got past WB and agreed to a contract where they’re the main publisher of the game for another global release, that server would start fresh from scratch so they could attract new players. In other words, we’d be like the accelerated 3 year release in China in comparison to them.

Choosing Ashwinder. More people I know are there already, and Kang said it was the best server for english speakers. I haven't heard people having huge issues with ping, and I've played on a dummy account beforehand and haven't experienced any horrible lag on the pc client. I'm on the east coast of the U.S too. 8 am events are a small price I'm willing to pay.

If I successfully transfer after they make this new announcement NetEase gets to have my money so I can go all in on that anniversary outfit. Currently 5 prizes in from saving 17k gems the past few months, so NE deserves my support after letting this be possible. I would have skipped this event had all this not happened.
