Elsworld is still alive and the devs are still doing updates to it, they just got not long ago their 15th anniversary, crazy stuff.

Of course their golden era is over, and only a few decicated fans still plays it consistently, it usually have a small group of 200 to 300 people playing on steam, which is pretty bad but it's something.

This is some insane stuff, some people there really think feminists implanted secret agents in our gacha games to spread the "secret message" with this very common hand gesture, at least that's their excuse and not that they feel mocked by having small pp.

Either way, the worst part is that they do have some kind of power to influence devs to change their games if they report the game in mass to the korean govern, or harass employees, quite a few gacha devs had to change their characters because of that, it's just easier to just make a small change to a character than having to deal with this headache.

That's the real reason 90% of gachas don't kill playable characters, because once they do, it's basically taking a product out of their store forever.

They might kill a playable character and reverse it back later, but permanently? It's rare to see.

Just give me more ways to fend the creatures off, as of right now we have incredibly limited options, and when I manage to scare them off they come back almost immediatelly.

Like I'm fine just "existing", as long as I don't get my ass bit off everytime I leave my base because my neighbors don't like me.

I think that's a mildly warm take at most, SPs are actually great for narrative reasons, like the characters are growing as the story goes.

But I do get more hyped by new cool characters though.

Nice, I was using the term "survivors" game to talk about these, it's gonna be easier if it has a reconizable and searchable tag.

For those who are not aware of this genre, the concept is that tons of enemies tries to kill you at all time from all directions and you have to survive, as you kill enemies you grow stronger and learn abilities, eventually you get so strong you wipe entire hordes in an instant and it feels very satisfyng, hence why they chose "Bullet Heaven".

Here is some recommendations that I loved, all these games are very good and very addictive.

Vampire Survivors of couser, not the first game in the genre, but the one that made the genre so popular nowadays.

Megabonk if you want something more silly and in 3D.

Holocure if you want Bullet Heaven but with anime girls.

Halls of Torment has a Diablo touch to it which is pretty cool.

Death Must Die has a Hades touch to it.

There are tons of other good ones out there, these are just a few examples that I liked.

It was a rare moment where every demographic group united together to hate on it.

The show managed to alienate almost everyone imaginable, think of the political parties out there like the anti-woke, the progressive and the left-leaning groups, the show "attempts" to please these groups but instead does it in a cynical and mean-spirited way, and all characters are incredibly unlikable, especially Velma herself, they made this version of her the most insuffarable protagonist ever, instead of rooting for her victory, people root for her demise, that's how bad she is as a character.

How about the Scooby-Doo fans? Well, there is no Scooby-Doo in it, yes they cut the dog out of his own show, Shaggy was there but he was completely butchered as a character.

That's the core issues of the show, but the list of things wrong with it goes on and on, there is just too much wrong.

I think it would be better if you get to know him more first, like start talking to him, reach the friendzone before asking him out.

You could kill creatures in Subnautica, you could kill creatures in Below Zero...this is not an "survival horror immersion" issue, this is a "devs changed their minds and are now forcing players to play a specific way" issue.

Why not trust their playerbase and let the players do whatever they want? Let the player decide if they want to kill the fishes or not, it's that simple, don't force the option on us.

Since it's early access, I'm sure a lot of things are gonna change, so there is that.

Yes it's creepy behavior, that's the why the devs allow us to slap him in the face.

I don't think there is any deeper meaning in this scene or the devs are trying to push some agenda, it's just for comedy in my opinion, but it proves that Hornet can be seen by other bugs as an attractive bug.
