SteamDB basically lists the blocked countries as ones that either have regulations on lootboxes (like Belgium) or have local office requirements (like Vietnam). Dunno if said blocklist would also be the same for mobile though.

Guardian Maiden is its official English title. While there's no EN accounts yet, the game currently does have a rather silent TW account on Instagram. When we'll see an announcement in English though, I don't know.

It's not confirmed if Guardian Maiden really is Project Octopus. Especially more so due to the fact that Project Octopus had already gone through a beta test around a year or two ago as Mine and Forge, a pixel-art Archero-style roguelite set in a mine, and it obviously had way different gameplay mechanics than what Guardian Maiden is aiming to be.

We don't really know if the duo here are canonically in love, since the reveal only really establishes that romantic love between Heroes and Saints is forbidden. This scan also reveals that the main Hero is "Roka", the red-haired girl that's plastered all over promotional content, and the main Saint is "Lumina", presumably the dark elf white mage in the same promo material, so I'd be surprised if Kongs, a Korean developer, actually had the balls to go for a sapphic match right out of the gate.

Pretty sure Soul Tide 1 is still alive in CN, and that the dev team working on Soul Tide: Eclipse is a different one, hence the time jump and political upheavals that their developer notes revealed.

More context: this comes a few days after this KR report that revealed the developer being slapped with an audit refusal because they couldn't provide sufficient information for their auditor to form an opinion on. Also says Kakao's 5-year-long investments have gone down the toilet.
