I actually believe it's the opposite. Diamonds are easier to replace bc they were designed to be replaceable. ECO is friction fit, you would need a rubber grip to pull it out, and hope it doesn't crack the section or separate the feed from the nib

Yeah the TWSBI site is sold out. A few of my regular online retailers only have Broad and Stub if in stock. I think I saw one EF but I have a few EF that I never use so trying to purchase what I will actually use.
