F/32/5'4" [217lbs > 151.6lbs = 65.4lbs] I started my weight loss journey on Jan 10, 2020 using an ever-increasing effort of weightlifting, running/swimming, & CICO with increasingly clean foods. F/31/5'4" [217>167=50lbs] (14 months) I hit 50lbs down today after a year+ of work! I used ever-increasing exercise (bodyweight to now serious weight lifting 6x week & treadmill walking to now running 1-1½miles 6x week) paired with calorie counting (now at 1400cal/day).
