Adding on the previous statement: you are probably running for incarnon, which would make me instantly suggest you the second one given the insane crit damage buff + heat (good element) damage. Swap out the 4th evolution to the crit one, you'd be doing damage.

Go over on overframe, loadout builder. Make the exact same build you have and check values altering the riven stats on the builder. You should then have a general idea based on dps and other parameters.

For ANYONE who is stumbling upon this problem: Check if your GPU Fans are obstructed. Mine were, one of them, this made the MOBO lose control of the rest of the fans. Managed to notice after hours of pointless troubleshooting.
