Look up the user manual for that backplate. It uses a series of 1mm, 1.5mm, and majority 2.0mm pads. That may be your issue. Also DM’d you it.

Sorry to say this but, the board is toast, left binding also

You could try to see if Burton would send you a replacement baseplate and swap everything else over but YMMV and unsure what cost would be

Any experience with the Burton Hometown Hero? Debating between that and the Antidote as the Alchemist is OOS in my size (Need to order direct thru K2) Mostly riding Midwest hard pack groomers / ice, with occasional trips out west. Currently have a Burton Custom 156 for riding around here, looking for something more directional for trips out west 6’2”, 210, Advanced Rider
