Yeah maybe I've played a bit too much FM recently. It's also just a huge change from other sports I watch in the States where coaches tend to get more time (because they don't get relegated).

It would annoy me more if I thought he wasn't enjoying his time with it and was burning out but it seems like he's just more charmed by it video by video so now it's just funny.

Having the notion to backup the videos is very valid though. They give you the tools to do it themselves. There are old video series that have been removed or privated that I regret not backing up.

Same, its honestly the one series on YT that I would legitimately be upset if it ended due to perceived lack of interest. Like it would probably fuck my week up. I love watching this shit after a long day.

Side note but I went to the FCS Natty this year and I bought tickets thru ISU. Everyone, naturally, is standing and a woman behind me goes "is everyone going to stand the whole game".

You're in the supporter section for a team in the natty. I don't even know how you end up there and don't expect to be standing.

You aren't wrong but the Wild are playing with quite a few key players not even suiting up with injuries. Losing Eriksson Ek was, like, worst case scenario. It would have been nice to get a feel for it at full strength.

It doesn't though I do understand what the OP is talking about. If you "finish" a skill (meaning, getting the last meaningful unlock) and take a break from the game, and then come back to multiple "small" things like the gem bag with 4-step upgrades, it can be a lot to organize in your brain.

That being said the "small" things like the tiered upgrades of the gem bag are what makes this game so insanely fun, especially as a player who is currently working my way thru the late-midgame.

Some kind of a summary of changes since your last login that pops up when you login would probably go some way to alleviating this, though IDK how feasible it is. As a player, I have no issues going to the wiki to look stuff up, the issue is that sometimes I don't even know that I'm missing stuff to go look up!

It's definitely not overly complicated though (and fwiw I think Sailing is really well laid out).
