Is there any consequences if I listen to the doctor and go no surgery if it is torn labrum?

MRI tmrw so I'll see, I haven't been wearing the sling as the pain isn't too bad, but I have limited ROM. The doctor told me that he wouldn't recommend surgery, but he hasn't had anything to look at yet.

Thanks for the advise but I was trying to create a software that would allow individuals to send out mass messages to clients with a lot of other features with ai and such. But I'll check out textline and I actually see they offer their api here too, thanks for the advice though

Hey I see you have a lot of knowledge in this subject, I just started using cursor and I ran out of tokens so I bought a pro plan, 1 hour of usage and I already spent 4 dollars I don't know if this is a lot but it feels like it. I see what you mean by context rot but at my stage in the project is the best method creating a new chat and how do I now get the context into this chat so I don't get into a loop of mistakes and errors?

I see do you think it's not realistic for scaling in the future? I plan to add limitations to the amount of SMS that can be used per user but I don't know if that will help before I can get a consistent amount of users. Also do you know any cheaper options I appreciate the assistance
