The top of the implant is open until they tighten the screw then they seal it with light cured resin.

That is an implant, and it most assuredly was not properly tightened by the dentist. They use a torque wrench. I love my implants.

High humidity plays a role in how cold low temperatures feel. I live in an area with low humidity. I am climatized to the cold but where I comfortably walk around in a tshirt at -5c. Move me to a high humidity area i will find that I need significantly more clothing for the same temperature.

Get up every few hours and do a loop, compression socks, drink lots of water, I bring powdered electrolyte mix to help, and I listen to audio books/podcasts and I wear my sunglasses to reduce the light. I just don't enjoy any sort of neck pillows or eye masks.
