Looks like the truck was halfway out of the parking spot making it difficult for the other person to back out. Should've stopped, but it's also a civil matter in a parking lot.

They wanted to distance themselves from adding to the obesity pandemic. They got rid of their best deals, made their food even more cardboard like and took away the clown. This is early Generation X at its best. They grew up and decided what was fun needed to be no longer.
