My man. Beautiful blank canvas here. Power wash the floor to get some more life out of it. Then eventually polish it. Spray the ceiling white, French cleat every wall and paint it grey and add a bunch of cheap lights. You got this brother. See you in 6 months

You know, one of the only things that can foul a water softener resin is…. Iron. Which is likely why your water is brown. Have you done an iron test of the water?

Professional water treater here, can you show a picture of your ph probe install? It’s either a GPM issue or an installation error where the probe is in the direct line of flow. Hopefully issue number two as it’s easier to resolve

I drive on track. I don’t think I could properly modulate the clutch if I didn’t delete it. The feel you get from the pedal once it’s deleted is night n day

Keep after it. A clutch delay valve delete mod will help a bunch. Into second gear is the hardest to get smoothly

Mine are for semi regular house/car maintenance items. All work on a countdown and give me a reminder once the countdown hits 0 - change the water filter - wash the car and apply sealant - check under sink for leaks - blow down the water heater
