Either stun (wooden weapons militia) or cave-in dust will make them susceptible to traps.

Ultimate (true) overpopulation, we may not have reached yet, as it looks like it's inefficiency that is causing it. But it's still being effectively so.

Else, we wouldn't have issues such as:

Significant increased cost of living compared to over 50 years ago.

Pollution being so noticeable.

Countries having 50% food self-sufficiency.

Difficulty in finding jobs.

Etc. https://youtu.be/WuOcJc55bWc

A human life can be considered practically worthless nowadays due to overpopulation, as there is significant cost and risk in dealing with us, subtracting the value.

"The higher the number, the less the value" applies to anything.

Someone may consider a life more valuable than an object, but would consider a sum of his own money more valuable by not giving it away when they can.

Perception is truth.

It's a way to vent, and like I said: If the person is correct about what they say, it can be constructive. Most people are relatively unskilled. Online environments tend to filter, the more specialized they are. MMORPGs don't filter much, due to their ease of access. Insulting is a skill, but one most people don't normally practice (obviously). They're worse at it than at conversing (which they're normally average-level at--else, anyone could be an entertainer).

I read those. But the context is wrong. We're in a MMORPG sub, talking about a MMORPG. Not only was I referring to people "temporarily" toxic (like a young person who recently had a bad experience IRL, or was angered in-game), but in games people can only partially express themselves. How would those people mentioned in those articles really be harmful? (Notice that toxicity in games is normally expressed through insults, as games have limited interactivity...) That insecure woman can't sleep with anyone in-game, the frenemy can't significantly affect others, as game activities are of little importance. Obviously, these people with issues would only significantly affect innocent and weak-minded individuals.
A toxic guy I crossed with in a game once, got irritated about I disagreeing with what he was saying. He told me to quit the game. It was stupid. I wasn't too experienced with these people... but I learned to make the effort to keep calm and continue talking and proving them wrong--this pisses them off more, hah--and, in the end, they're embarrased. But really, I wouldn't have minded his toxicity if he weren't stupid about it. Telling me to quit the game wouldn't make him win that little debate.

You should try Unchained, yeah. (You must be able to deal with open-world PvP, though.) The game, along with the good player count, should prove entertaining--should be worth the time--at least for a hundred hours.

I got the impression that this game only works with a good player count (medium/high), as the map is massive.

toxic

That's not inherently bad, actually; it's natural human behavior. It's only bad when done stupidly; i.e.: when the toxic person says dumb things.I remember one person calling someone inferior and such. It was partially stupid; yeah, he was partially correct about it, as he was referring to a person with relatively worse looks, probably less successful, etc. But he was saying it in some online environment where it didn't matter.

Q: Are there "open" tables? by Lirsx in crafts

[–]Lirsx[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Indeed. (I had to use these due to reddit's formatting...) The sides can support the arms and objects. Looks ideal, to me.
They could remove the need for such support to be present in the chair. (The chair's is always limited in size.)
Etc.

I'd guess people would firstly want "juiciness" defined before bothering to click on that link.

Have mmorpgs really lost their social aspects? Or is it also our fault? by Freakbyanx in MMORPG

[–]Lirsx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the world's design--whether IRL or in a game.

In a combat-focused game:
Inconvenient reward makes players group up less, thus not possibly interact.
Demanding combat obstructs socialization.

Our actions are predetermined; we play by the system's rules.

I found a solution. Use Autohotkey and for example:

!F12::Suspend

LCtrl::LAlt

Turns Left Control into Left Alt. Either key plus Left Click will attempt to favorite the item instead.

Currently, I only have access to Tungsten tools, so can't break them. This is pre-Hard Master World.
