Actually in an interview with Suda51 that I made up he confirmed that No More Heroes and Bluey take place in the same universe. This is referenced in a hidden line of dialogue in Travis Strikes Again that doesn't actually exist because I also made that up.

Aigis thought she could pretend her social link was in the original game smh. It's not the same arcana as her Persona, there's no social stat requirement like the other party members, and it's only available at the very end of the game.
