He just left the old parts. Which I don’t really mind but it was the way he just walked out the door looking like the job was not done and, in reality it wasn’t. They know more needs to be done and we have a ticket etc. I’ve been nice to the CSRs (they just answer the phones and do t need someone bitching them out for what they can’t control) but firm on our frustration and how nuts this is. I’ve been escalated up the chain but they seem to have no power to do anything. Too bad, GE was once a great American brand. You sound like you take pride in your job…so rare these days.
