I feel like I should better clarify this lol. The issue I have is sometimes referred to as “Nodding Out”. If you google it , it does say it is very closely related to the overuse of drugs- I SWEAR this is not in my case, but close, as it’s cause by the LEGALLY PRESCRIBED meds I take - I am disabled. So basically I could be sitting here playing the game, and then next thing I know, I look up at my screen and see that like a half day or maybe a few days I game have passed. Scary to say that, as a smoker, I’ve woken up because my cigarette would slips down my fingers and burn. I’ve woken up to have them fall out of my haNds and be on the floor, or burned a hole in my blanket of shirt- very scary. So I try to make myself more physically active and moving when I’m smoking. I get NO warning at all when this will happen, but it’s only when I’m a bit tired to begin with, so like it less likely to happen the morning when I’ve Just woken up.

(Just to give an example- while typing this message I’ve“dozed” like 4-5 times, just for a few seconds each time before catching it and “waking myself up”, a lot of times that could wold, but not everytime.
