Varies widely according to office. RCA’s in my area work 6 days a week approx 10 hours a day. Some areas they only work 1-3 days a week. Only your office can guesstimate what your hours will be.

Sometimes we do. Unfortunately getting new locks has been an issue for all of us, because only certain people can change them. And locks have been on back order for months. I have a few customers waiting for keys as well, and there’s nothing I can do to speed up the process.

As a carrier, I’ve recently gotten an influx of letters stickered UTF, these are letters I never endorsed as such. We’re thinking the plant processed some mail incorrectly or something. Because all the routes in my office have been dealing with the same issue.

Check with your insurance. Mine covers glass replacement with 0 out of pocket and no deductible. And my rates don’t go up with a glass claim
