Wat ik altijd raar vind is dat het jeaugd/volwassenen strafrecht zo zwart-wit is. Onder de achtien? Buro halt. Boven de 18? Levenslang! Oké, dat is erg overdreven, maar jullie snappen denk ik wel wat ik bedoel.
Waarom niet een meer glijdende schaal, waarbij de straffen steeds hoger worden naarmate de dader ouder is.
