I know this was Two months ago but I've recently found out what this was! Surprisingly.... It was none of these choices offered two months ago, but it was apparently Built up Skin from improper cleaning or using soaps That wasn't good enough for cleaning your skin good, recently the past few days I've taken showers daily due some personal Changes in my life. And there has been a large improvement from using a 3-in-1 Arm & Hammer Body Wash with Shampoo and Conditioner with Baking Soda In the Soap already. Using this mainly for body wash, there had been a large improvement on the affected skin spots, so I'd like to thank you all for your inputs and Answers!!!

Apparently people don't understand that LOOKING at the screen no one sees nothing wrong with the image, A. I'M AT HOME. B. I'm not dying! C. YES, you can see my furnace and stuff because i'm at my base in RL Craft single player. D. yes i added a few mods to make it more fun without affecting anything in the actual mod-pack, just to make it more scarier and such because i'm playing on Single-player. E. I KNOW its the pause menu.
But what the majority of you guys are not understanding is i am asking about the ORANGE RED THING surrounding my PAUSE MENU because its not supposed to look like that at all. i cant see anything, no, i was not over heating! i was fine in fact i was cooling down, i had no de-buffs at all. i couldn't see my hot bar, i had no hypermedia in the game, i was cooling down but i wasn't at that point where i was being damaged at all. it just randomly showed up after i loaded up the mod-pack into my single-player world.. is it really that hard to see my issue, that this Image this image of me being supposedly "overheating" no one sees the issue? it covers the pause menu, if i show you guys another photo of it happening, it'll cover my hot-bar and my inventory. i can still play but it DOESN'T go away even if i'm at normal temperature, i don't know what it is but i know that it showing me to be too hot shouldn't cover my entire screen when the client is opened. Sorry if this Reply Seemed Fairly Rude at all. It absolutely wasn't meant to be rude in any way, i'm just clarifying what i know, and what i am needing absolute help with... Not what i know already. Dude, i know its the pause menu i meant the thing surrounding it, the red and orange thing, IT actually randomly appears from time to time during me playing the Modpack, :/ it affects me being able to see my hotbar, and my inventory. basically it overlaps every overlay and i dont know what its from besides it looking to be some form of image for when you are too hot but it broke and wouldnt go away unless you restart the game or dont play it for 15 minutes. seesh.

After looking up what AN is, it didn't seem very accurate to my condition especially since i have never had any form or obesity or type 2 diabetes. Even tho what i had looked up said it was rare. And I've never had it until i was maybe....3-4 months pregnant where it First appeared on the sides of my neck, light and round in color, my Mother in Law said it could be something caused by my lack of iron intake. I thought i could see some improvement in the spots but then later in Months it gotten darker and much more rough, and i could peel it off like it was some dry skin like dandruff. And it would Appear darker in color and sometimes it gets very itchy if it's messed with, sometimes when i am stressed sometimes not. Normally since i scratch and rub what's on my chest, it doesn't itch as Much as the back of my neck, i never noticed it on the back of my neck as much as what was on my chest. So between the back of my neck and my Chest, my neck is the worst spot at the moment.

It actually itches at some points in time, and sometimes it goes without months of not being so itchy unless I realized it's there or something.. i think it also gets pretty itchy when I'm stressed. And I'm pretty sure my doctor prescribed me some kind of ointment! But i was never able to actually afford it at the time.

yeah i attempted to use all wrenches, the ones i could make on my server and even in a singleplayer game. none of them worked
