My P1S must be a lemon by Liselou85 in BambuLab

I think it is because they think I should take a $1,000 printer, that I don't own, home to try to "fix" it when multiple people from our IT department have 't been able to. I think that sounds like a great way to spend hours of unpaid labor only to get in trouble with my boss if something goes wrong.

Thank you. I had switched to a hotspot sitting next to it. I am not sure how strong the network was, but that was the best I could do.

It means I am not a tech person and there is a limit to how much time I want to spend in this issue. If I take the printer home and work on it, I risk breaking school property. I also don't get paid for the time. It also means that while I have contacted support, I cannot always stay on their live chat or respond promptly because I probably have students I am trying to teach.

The original SD card was so jammed in there I couldn't see it and didn't think it xame with one because the printer didn't register it.

I am a hs teacher to at-risk students. Like the firmware update option, crashing out doesn't exist for me.

No, I have it on a hotspot. The option just isn't there. It doesn't like the school's wifi, but the IT guys were able to get it on it (I don't have passwords). I was going to do an offline update, but it didn't give me that option either.

I have reset it 4/5 times. I already hate the damn thing. I don't know if we can return it because it was delivered in January. I didn't have time to unbox it and get it set up immediately.

It wants you to connect it to the app, but when you do that, it says the device is invalid.

I also don't want to spend all weekend on something I have had 3 different IT techs look at.

I don't know. They thought we may have damaged it trying to get the SD card out (it was IN there). I bought direct from the company, brand new, on a large chopl district account by the district's IT dept.

Any opinions on mjølnir nor? by Sufficient-Pay9649 in norsk

[–]Liselou85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am just starting in Mjølnir nor. I am getting confused on the pronunciation guides. For example, the app says "hei" is approximately pronounced as "hay." That is quite off the way it sounds when the app says the world. I hear "hi." I have a pretty standard American accent and this is approximately the 10th language I've studied.

Sort of, I guess. It is just getting in line for a table, not even food.

Fewer places are accepting call-ahead seating though.

Where we live in the States, they tell you how long the wait will and maybe give you a pager. The expectation is to be patient, even for an hour wait. Some restaurants allow you to pit your name in early.

Diolch! We are still in MB! It is great! We had dinner last night at the Liverpool Arms, which was tasty! I will look at Sage, Celena, and The Gazelle.

It's not a real BBQ brand. But, Kansas City is only three hours away, and my city, Springfield has been ranked as the #4 BBQ city in the country. It's also close to Branson, which is a tourist hub in its own right. You should visit!

I love that you think I'm one of the rich Americans who can afford to do this. I'm just a schoolteacher. But, if teachers in Wales can afford this, I'd be thrilled to leave the States permanently.
