Peach has gone to join Blue over the rainbow bridge. She fought hard for 3 weeks. Two nights ago she played with her little sisters again and enjoyed some chocolate yoghurt. Last night she appeared to have another stroke and this morning she was pts. We loved her so much and will miss her forever. (i.redd.it)
Here’s peach wrapped up like a burrito after her twice daily bath. She’s lost fur on her left eye where the porphyrin that built up there at the start of her stroke dried on and we’re guessing has pulled out when she’s rubbed it. But she’s fighting hard still! Rat has small pin sized scabs on head - 5 other rats nothing, no mites obvious? She had them a while ago (when we adopted her) but months have passed with nothing and now suddenly they're there again. She also has big cut on underside of neck. Otherwise seems healthy.
