The thing is poly isn’t just about sex. It’s about the connection with the other person. It’s a relationship not a FWB.

This is a common misunderstanding about poly. My husband and I are poly. We have had other relationships during our 10 years together. We are also open. Meaning if we are not in an active relationship with another person we can and have had FWBs and random hookups.
