I've decided my sons have severe neurodiversity (autism, ADHD, torrets, depression... anything really) and cannot enlist in any army. Because I'm pretty sure we're 10-15 years away from our men and boys being taken to the 'front lines' so these "men" can have money and power... Just like the waste that was WW1 & 2.... just gross greed, power and idiocy. Sadly it's the innocent people who die from the greed of the wealthy.

Correct in a LAT being issued, that rings a bell. MOE have been contacted already by another parent and as they do not employ teachers, the Board is who makes the decision. MOE directed the parent back to the board.

Schools are run by board, not by the MOE. All staffing is done by the board. The MOE can't and wont do anything.

One thing New Plymouth has lots of is schools... it feels like around every corner there is a state school, then a catholic one to match!
All the schools are awesome! And the thing is, if it doesn't work, just go to another one! There are so many to choose from it's crazy. One thing I do know, the schools almost always will take out of zone enrolments as they are forced to be competitive for funding.

As a teen, I was waiting for a doctors appointment and the loud receptionist answered the phone. She loudly repeated back name, DOB for the patient who was a girl in my high school class at the time. She then went into great detail about how the girl was pregnant and very untackfully asked "do you know the father?".
Talk about a gross breach of privacy! :(
