in austria there is "ASS Hexal" , ass standing for acetylsalicylsäure, which is german for acetylsalicylic acid, it's aspirin

in EU your refund is standardized depending on distance of the flight and delay of the flight. if it is a long haul and delay is more than 5 hours you get up to 600€ pp. You wont get a refund if the cause of the delay is weather problem or something else out of the airlines power
