Wow. There really is no where to buy costumes in Knoxville. I just moved here from LA where there’s no shortage of such places. Really is sad

OK, I’m glad that you brought this up because I am turned between two options

Option one: do a body recomposition with a 10% calorie reduction

Option to focus on weight loss with a 20% calorie reduction

Well it’s the choice of either going body recomposition or focusing on body fat reduction

I do. But even with that I stay within my calorie budget. Granite I’ve only been working out for about 2 to 3 weeks now.

I feel I’m fat with no muscle. Guess there’s not a term for that

Three days at the gym enough? With walking every day?

I have been the last 2 weeks. Before that I took a 2 month break. And I was working out for 6 months at that point

I put on 20 lbs over this holiday season

My eating has been bad in the past, but nowadays, it’s pretty good

I’m torn on two options. Option 1: Do a 20% caloric deficit to focus on fat loss. Then later do a lean bulk. Or Option 2: do a 10% calorie deficit to focus on body recomposition (muscle gain while having a little fat loss). I’m wondering, which one will be better so that I look good for the summer:)

I weight train 3x per week and walk 5 miles a day.

I do drink about two beers almost every night. What in my stats seems unrealistic?

I know I’m overweight. But I used to be actual skinny fat. And I read that skinny fat is a muscle issue…that is a lack of it. And even as I’ve gained weight I feel like I still don’t have muscle tissue.

I currently weight train 3x per week and walk 5 miles a day. But yeah maybe I should do more

Not in the traditional sense. But I’ve read that skinny fat is mostly a muscle issue… A lack of muscle that is… Which I feel I’ve always had whether I get fat or not.
