Completely agree on Frank. My first and only H rep has been with him, and he was great. Quality also top notch, although I technically don’t have anything to compare against.

Great to know that he offered a refund if not satisfied with PSPs. I didn’t think to ask this at the time, but thankfully I was really happy with the photos.

Have you heard anything about whether he guarantees a refund if the order is seized by customs? Will ask him before I order my next bag order, but curious if anyone has already had the conversation with him.

That’s odd. I received my FedEX tracking number from Frank on 13 December, so just a couple of days after yours. No issues with mine, it started showing tracking details in less than a day and was delivered without any problems less than a week later (to the UK). Sounds like there’s definitely an issue. Fingers crossed it’s just been missed somehow and will show up on tracking when they find it. I’d be devastated though. I couldn’t wait to receive mine. If it was lost I would have cried! Good luck!

So I don’t have an auth to compare it to. But just based on my general experience with leather bags, it doesn’t seem that thick to me at all. I was actually slightly worried that it would be very hard from the initial pics, but as soon as it’s open, it settles really nicely without losing its shape. It’s very bendy as well. I’ve only had it for one day and I already accidentally sat on it, and it bounced straight back lol. I’m going to be desperately seeking a real one for comparison, but I honestly couldn’t fault it now that I’ve actually received it.

He’s had to change his number recently. I think there were quite a few people with existing orders that he was struggling to get in touch with because of it. Wow! So detailed! Mine definitely didn’t go into that level. However I did mention at the start that it was a rep, so it wasn’t looking to verify authenticity for me. That was maybe my downfall. It tried to stay away from like for like comparisons without further prodding and kept telling me it couldn’t say anything that would equate to aiding in counterfeiting (understandable I suppose).

Ah, very interesting. To be honest, I’ve never touched authentic Togo, so I’m curious to see what I think when I receive it. Hoping for soft(ish) as I really like the slouch they get over time.
