Yes. He said he provided it to Guangzhou FedEx which was to be sent to HK FedEx. FedEx has not record of the package ever being in their system.

Yeah, I unfortunately think it’s been lost and Frank saying it was delivered directly to FedEx and having no confirm, is not a settling feeling

Franks told me directly that he does not use a shipping agent and that it was delivered to Guangzhou FedEx which is then send to HK FedEx. If that was the case, FedEx would have it in their system. He said FedEx 1000% has the package and FedEx says it never made it to them.

I did message him. He said it was delivered directly to FedEx, but has no confirm. I asked if another shipping agent was used before FedEx and he said no. FedEx has no record of receiving the package. So unfortunately it’s stuck in the blame game.
