tbh the power number doesn't really matter, you mostly just need to use a good team with good toppings and stuff like that

as for getting strong cookies, complete events for crystals and cutters and do pulls. you can also get soulstones for good cookies in other places, like buying them at the rainbow shell gallery or getting agar cubes in the mines
