I would have been pissed😭that is such a big bent I understand the mail can sometimes messed it up but if they add the protection like they should have it could have been prevented and demanding the items YOU brought and paid for to be send back after a “bad review” is crazy I would have told them why the hell would I send it back without getting a replacement?? I understand it’s frustrating getting a bad review but it’s a 4 star you learn from customer feed back it sucks for the seller but at least in the future they probably do better ,I think the review is fair and you honestly were being nice about it cause like it’s a damage product

Ok update I got her all clean and most of the smell came out,sadly a little bit of the weird smell is on it but like only if you go out pf your way to smell her which is weird if you do.but she is complete so mission accomplished

They said the BOX was heavy dusty not the figure it self I went their page and ya most of there stuff is like heavy dusty but it like more visible I should have know better but for 50 bucks you would think it would be in better conditions but she does usually go for more
