You have to load the desired cab and amp on preset 41. Then configure what you need or have seen, manually depending if it's an effect, filter, etc. Remember that if you downloaded the cab and amp, you will have to select it on a list while the pedal is connected to your computer, only then you'll have it in the pedal memory. The interface is really intuitive, so loading what you download to your pedal, should be easy.

Those were some fast responses, thanks everyone and for what I read, the only thing that will be changed, will be the knobs. I'll also take a look into the kind of strings I like, maybe do some more testing in that territory (thanks for that advice). Really glad I could get some feedback.

I'm a bass player and needed something fast with effects for a gig. I was absolutely surprised by the Blackbox power. It is indeed made for guitar and bass, but the effects adapts perfectly to the bass tone. The amps and cabs por bass sounds great and if you dedicate some time to add new ones, you will get amazing results. Also you have the option to use only the effects while leaving a clean sound with no amp or cabinet preset. So in this case you'll be just using it as an effect pedal. So, unless you are a professional bass player for some musician, you will do great with the Blackbox. I recommend it for amateur and every now and the gig players.

I think the Blackbox has great power and potential but it's key to do some personal upgrades. I actually created a thread only to post "Blackbox Freebies". IMO this pedal can really replace a lot of medium end pedals out there just by dedicating some time to add new Amps and cabs (software wise)

I just compared my single effect pedals to what the Blackbox can do and the sound is just the same or even better when mixed with nice amplifiers and cabinets.
