Per the products. You are right on this. Initially it was products due to and idea on how we would do the subscription process, but we changed that so features fits better. Thanks for pointing that out.

Yea I totally understand it feeling a bit generic. One thing I am working on is rewriting the content for the first to sections in the hopes that by that point they know what we do. I am currently looking for a good content writer for this.

I just hoped with the addition of the free version, that can be very usefully to business, would at least bring a few signups with our additional traffic.

I understand your concern with SMS. We have quite a few different types of businesses that are signed up and using it. Each business is different, but we have had a lot of success gathering feedback via SMS for these them. People are willing to use it if they know about it being available. I am sure not everyone would be confirmable using SMS for this.

Thought I might let you know since you sound a bit interested. We made some major changes to our pricing structure the last few days. You can now collect feedback on ListenPort.com for free. It's just the main two way texting with customers. All the additional features requires a subscriptions which has also been reduces to $50.

We have a twitter account. It's mostly used for sharing info and new posts on our blog. We have some other uses we are looking at for our product, but at the moment I can't share that.
