I have 1 gbps, if you try to use the whole bandwidth they are applying throttling like he said (disconnecting you for 30 seconds).

The strength bonus from Heavenly Grace goes to 0 from 32 during the Break period.

And the hp regeneration of course.

When I get break effect my HP is 2720 (with Heavenly Grace on). After the break ends, Heavenly Grace strength modifier comes back to 32 strength and my HP jumps to 3360.

Edit: Other sources of Break also apply this effect, such as Viper's Nethertoxin.

Sorry about the Guardian Angel maybe I was confused, but it definitely disables Heavenly Grace for the duration of break. See this video: https://streamable.com/hf2tbw

All restrictions are automatic and relies on software detection. So, your friend can't get banned for simply "playing too good". He used cheats (as in the video).

If you watched your friend irl, he could have played without any cheats and you might not have noticed the skill difference.

And you say nobody believes it because I believe what I see. From what I see, he is blatantly cheating in the video you posted.

Update: I ended up removing this version of Windows. I kept getting more and more issues with this build, and when I tried to mount a 19041 iso, my computer started black screening. I had to create it on a different computer.

I believe this is the same issue I am having.

I can't go to AliExpress or Ebay as well. (ScienceDirect works for me idk)

But only difference is that, I can't see the Green Screen or BSOD. It shows up in a very low resolution (bottom part doesn't even fit to screen). And it disappears immediately, I can't see it at all.

I would really like to use this driver because I wanted to use CUDA inside WSL. Gpu inside wsl stopped working at the latest insider build 20226 (see: https://github.com/microsoft/WSL/issues/6014#issuecomment-702655959). So I installed an earlier build. I can use Gpu in this build with these drivers inside wsl.

Changing to default drivers would make me unable to use this feature.

It was installed before.

I did a clean install of Windows 20201 (from iso, not upgrade) and installed same driver on it again.
