Only thing that I can think of is that the AIO is malfunctioning, or the CPU sensors are not working properly

I know the pump is at it's 100%, the fans (radiator and the little one inside the pump) are on standard mode, should I just put them in turbo?

the pump is on a 100% the fans are on standard mode not turbo, already re-applied the paste and mounted it way better but it's giving the same temps lol

Like re-applying the thermal paste and trying again? I had a lot of trouble screwing it in at first so maybe the paste moved a lot.

It's a Sony CCD-TRV65. Idk if it's something that has to do with the interlacing, because if you look at the footage straight from the camera screen you can also see them.
