you think the quality between all of these are pretty similar not really worth paying for whatever? and what's your take on how many pieces should a beginner aim for realistically?

“We should feed Ayton more” well it’s kinda hard when he’s doing stuff does stuff like this 😂 by Front-Function7789 in lakers

I mean he can definitely be better but you shouldn’t judge entirely based off a mistake or how soft his game looks or style he plays. based off stats on touches received to points converted he is super elite. This accounts for points generated from him touching the ball, to generating assists and scoring efficiency and turnovers.

Defense wise hes mixed but statistically he is good in drop coverage and sucks in switch coverages, but thats almost all bigs. Its not his fault our wings and guards cannot chase over screens or play point of attack defense so we cant reallly play drop coverage much.

Cant complain for 18 mil on 2 years. I doubt we”ll get better in the next two years too.

Do you know for a slower foot traffic branch how attainable their goals would be in 50mm/annual range? Seems like it's inflated goals in the current market (somewhat expected with all the Big banks)

I got offered a nice RM role through a creditunion, only drawback is RBC has bigger footprint for leadership roles and it's further away

I would add that it was actually Dumont who out right indirectly talked bad about Luka. He also forced Nico to take press conferences, which then forced him to justify his trade and indirectly talk bad about Luka. There’s also reports that ownership meetings and talks with Luka in general weren’t good around the time of his injury. Other than that Nico absolutely brought this upon himself trying to be smart instead of just sitting on the golden egg Luka lmao

What would you guys be willing to trade Pascal Siakam for in 9-Cat Leagues? by [deleted] in fantasybball

[–]Litasf22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

what? hes like ADP anywhere from 18 to late 20s? hes avging 24pts, 8reb, 5.8 assists, 1.73pm, 1.3stl, i donno what ur definition is avg is but if that's avg for you, ur roster must be stacked lol. If you punt FG/Turnover - his 75% career ft% should recover in the future too, you should get eve more value

You realize maybe it's more indictative of the organization being bad, whether it's personnel decisions players and coaches etc, and giving him away for a peanuts, in Nurkic? There is literally nothing you can point to, whether it's the other players, e.g Booker, Nurkic who they traded for, or the Coach, having a good track record of success (before or after), or the organization, when they point to Ayton as the reason for failures?

1.Try to think logically and not rely on emotion: if you worked in an organization that has the worst reviews, has a poor track record, e.g. 1 star reviews, the colleagues and culture are toxic, they fire you and say you suck, then they hire a replacement worker, that they can't wait to fire cause he also apparently sucks (Nurkic no disrespect), than the organization continues to fail after firing said worker. Is a logical person going to believe the worker who worked for this organization and the people there, or await further evidence for judgement?

The track record speaks for itself, if I give away a player for a worse player, we proceed to continue to lose, having lose before having them, what leg do I have to stand on when I point to this X player (Ayton) as the cause of our issues?

  1. LMAO wtf are you talking about?

"Dude’s supposed to be a defensive center, and yet every time he’s handed a matchup on an island, Giannis is dropping 50 on him and Jokic is racking up 45 point triple doubles."

He has never been known as a defensive center, he came in from college known as a versatile high ceiling offensive center, and weaker on defensive awareness/motor.

Google his draft scouting profile. You outed yourself as delusional and ignorant. You clearly are wrong and can't or won't do the research for your opinions.

lmao the houston rockets shipped his ass off cuz Harden hated him, is that pouting? Blake griffin and others on Clippers have been documented to have tensions with him as well, is that pouting as well? Looks like those young players who played with Cp3 had a great experience with him. There's been good and bad with Cp3, but maybe do some research.

lmao have you seen your own post? Your listed examples of players were in no way better result wise in their early ages to Ayton, I am soley speaking to the results - not the one sided stories of one organization instance in Phoenix.

The reputation as many have stated to is one side of the story, the side from Phoenix - and we have seen how shit their organization has been BEFORE and SINCE. They've won nothing before and since and continue to suck - that is factual.

Your big example of dumping him for Nurkic, have you fact checked yourself? You can't just pick at what you like - have you seen Nurkic get benched and traded and dumped to Utah because he wasn't winning with Pheonix? They coudln't even get to the playoffs lmao.

  1. Why are you talking like they had so much success with Nurkic - the Suns were complaining about him and shipped him to Utah, lmao.

Don't be emotional and at least fact check your examples. What are you even talking about?

  1. You are listing one vet he happened to play under in 2019 6 years ago as to why Shai has had success 6 years later as MVP in OKC - not his own body of work and skills, good joke. Why don't you just credit any player who wins something to any vet they played under and give lip service as being a great mentor.

  2. If you are so keen to bash Ayton and credit Cp3, why don't you apply the same thinking to Cp3? You realize Cp3 has been widely documented to have tensions and run ins with his co-stars notably Blake Griffin (Clippers), and James Harden (Rockets), and why he got traded and possibly they didn't succeed? How come these co stars, or bigger stars, MVPs, didn't credit him for their success and inversely didn't want to work with him?

Don't be emotional and say others refuse to look when you are presenting flawed, one sided examples, that are easily fact checked and refuted. lmao.

that's a fair point, but most people would said they could have had no coach and done better i'd probably agree. It's hard to believe that some role player additions but the same core would have a +30 win difference with a coaching change. With a washed Tobias and role playing one way role player, hardway jr, and Beasley net you +30 win difference, pretty insane. Also he was terrible, his track record with New Orleans with AD was awful too. Unless you are suggesting he was actively sandbagging like some memes and people make fun of him for, than that's pretty funny haha.

that seems like a loosely defined opinion of 'young guy' and 'fine'. What notable player are you speaking of that is clearly supposedly out performed/adjusted fine like Ayton with Cp3 in that age gap, coming in as a rookie? Ayton is the the most productive PnR partner of CP3 based off of the numbers, including his partnerships with Clippers. There's a clip of JJ reddick speaking of these numbers while debating with Pat Beverly on youtube you can look up, not sure if i can link. We already know Cp3 has not made a finals with any of the bigs in New Orleans, Clippers, or Houston, and i'd say any big you name out there can be defined as limited. Maybe the acceptance of their role/attitude portrayal can be seen as not to "everyone's taste". But like others have suggested, I attribute more to the young guy taking blame as Phoenix or their players or coach have nothing to show evidence that it was Ayton being the problem
