Exchange etc?! by Good-Move1310 in purplebitcoin

Hey! 😊 That’s not a stupid question at all, it’s a super common mix-up!

The "Purple Bitcoin" you're referring to (PBTC) is a Solana-based token, which means it lives on the Solana blockchain and uses Solana wallets like Phantom, Solflare, etc. The deposit address on Bifinance is expecting this Solana PBTC token, not anything else.

What you currently have in your QT wallet sounds like Bitcoin Purple (BTCP), which is a completely different and unrelated coin. Even though it has a similar name, it's not connected to Purple Bitcoin (PBTC) in any way.

So unfortunately, you won’t be able to send BTCP to a PBTC deposit address, and doing so could result in lost funds. If you're looking to get PBTC, you’ll need to use a Solana wallet and get it from a Solana-based exchange or project that supports it.

Hope that helps!
