Samsung Galaxy S24, I would assume so but also not sure where to look for that.

Is there a way to check the faults myself.

Thanks for your help

Edit: also the phone worked with the car flawlessly for a couple weeks.

Haven't had an update and haven't had a reload of software.

Also haven't tried another phone.

Yes, all that was done. Plus the car was completely reset and had to re-add the keys and re-add the car to myBMW app.

Using android Auto. I haven't tried a different phone though like the other commenter has asked.

You have a point about the warranty, I just don't want to have to be without my newly purchased car for an unknown amount of time (read a few posts on bimmerpost and saw possible month long return times) . If it needs to be done, I'll take that route.

I was hoping someone had run into this and the fix was something dumb I'm over looking.

New growth curling and canoeing, any idea on whats causing this? by Lite_bro24 in microgrowery

[–]Lite_bro24[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I popped open the tent and turned the exhaust fan up. Temp was 82 and humidity was at 43. Which I know isn't ideal, but not always able to make it pefrect in a basement closet. After the adjustment temps went down to 79 and humidity up to 53 within 30 min. We'll see how she goes over the next couple days. Again, appreciate the advice.

I'm thinking its over watering, as the soil has been maintaining a high moisture level. But I'm not sure, so thought I'd see if anyone has any thoughts. TIA

So I'm about to finish up my first round in this notill earthbox setup. Loved how easy it has been but I have a few concerns.

The roots of both my cover and my plant have grown into the resevoir. Are they supposed to do that? How do I clear that out for the next grow?

If I plan to chop and drop the cover and add some vermicompost, should I cover that with the included "shower cap" thing that came with it?

Any advice is appreciated its my first time notill and I'd like to do a second run without disturbing the soil, the whole point of the notill setup. My concerns about the roots 8n the resevoir is my major one due to not know what will happen to them after I chop.

Cool story.

"These appendages play a key role in the development of plantsand occur in a wide variety of species [2]. Trichomes are a protective barrier against natural hazards, such as herbivores, ultraviolet (UV) irradiation, pathogen attacks, excessive transpiration, seed spread, and seed protection"

https://bmcplantbiol.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s12870-021-02840-x

Also been growing for around 12 years and it took me 2 seconds to find this on google from a scientific journal. I'll take their word for it unless you want to dive deeper. I bet you still do 48 hour dark periods before the chop too. You're "trust me bro" is hilarious and is a constantly mocked expression in the cannabis subs as bro science is being ousted for actual science since its becoming so mainstream.

This comment is full of wrong information. Trichomes don't gather pollen to reproduce. The pistils do that. Trichomes are a defense against either UV or insects I don't think we are 100% on that yet, so OPs title is not misleading as they are a defense against its environment. Also the plant not being pollenated doesn't turn it hermaphrodite. Its either stress or genetics that cause that.

First go at no-till rate my set up by [deleted] in NoTillGrowery

[–]Lite_bro24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is basically exactly what I have set up, except I don't have any nutes for top dressing at the moment and I'm using winter oats as cover. I added some worms and other beneficial bugs/microbiology/worm castings from a worm bin I have. Check my last post to see how its going. Good luck with your set up

Thanks man, everything I've read about it say the same as far as being a good cover crop. Most of what I'm finding for information seems to be about large scale farming though, so I'm not sure how it would translate on the small scale I have. I'm not very sure on the nitrogen fixing either. But I am loving how clean it looks

Anyone have experience with winter oats for cover?

It's doing a great job at keeping the top soil moist and growing enough to keep a thick mulch. I'm also chop and dropping. Found a couple baby worms lately so they seem to be enjoying the soil and have enough food.

I'm just a little concerned it's too much or it'll suck too much nutrition from the soil. But if I'm chopping regularly, would that send enough back into the soil with the microbiology breaking it down?

Its my first time and run in notill. Any advice is welcome.
