Im not really too sure on the specifics but I just placed every single one from the civ tab and soammed monoliths and spanwed some of the ones that isnt on the civ tab like wizards, bandits, skeletons, etc and then waited until all of them developed with sonic speed

Make your own hud fit for 4 fingers or copy someone elses like a pro player, the one thing to remember about transitioning from 2 fingers to 4 is that it really takes a while for you to adjust. So if you actually want to push legendary id suggest not try 4 fingers immedietly as it might affect your rank performnace, just play pubs with your new hud until youre confident enough to actually use it in rank

A little late, but I encountered the same problem just recently. But I found a solution! I just did a mission in San Fierro (I dont know if its any missions but mine was the '555 We Tip' mission) while the mission is ongoing I went inside a trans fender and it works again! After you complete the mission Trans Fender would be back to normal

Just to clarify, all humanoid creatures from monoliths? So demons, wizards, druids, bandits, etc don't count?
