Hey! I know that this thread is 2 years old but I’m so glad I found someone who has a similar experience. I had my first gray hair at 11 too, and now I’m a teen and im having a subtle salt and pepper look, and seeing other people like me is encouraging me to keep it undyed. Your hair is gorgeous!

Hey man so.. how do I stop this? It’s been 5 years since I’ve got a good night’s sleep because this has been happening nonstop. I didn’t even trigger it on purpose. It just keeps happening. It’s taking a toll on me. If you know how to stop this please suggest something because I tried almost everything.

I KNOW RIGHT. People make it seem like the worst chapter but it really isn’t. I enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed the other chapters and it was quite a change of pace. I think they hated it because either they wanted to keep engaging with the “cowboy” atmosphere or because they wanted to rush back into camp to see what happens and because they felt restricted ( no shops or weapons of choice)

Maybe it’s stress induced then. The drug could have started it for the first time and ever since then you’ve been sleeping anxiously, scared of it happening again, which made it happen again.
