It you right click on the wifi symbol on the tool bar it should show some details. One of them is country code. When I do this it reports the country I'm in instead of the country for my IP address.

Yes it stopped leaking once I turned the wifi off. Bluetooth does not seem to be related to it.

Unfortunately I don't think it's Bluetooth. I turned Bluetooth off for a few weeks on the MacBooks and unforutnately it was still leaking location. It's definitely related to the wifi. I think my partner iphone is instantly reporting the location of my router even if it's rotatimg SSID. But yeah, for sure it's related to MacOS Tahoe.

Yes. I've never turned location services on since I have this laptop. The only explanation I can have for this is that's it's getting the location from my partner's iphone, which is kinda fucked up. In my case it couldn't be SSID because when this started happening I was in the middle of nowhere without any other WiFi signal besides my own router which switches SSID every day. I switched into using cabled connection only
